I picked up a film called Sudden Justice (Napoli Violenta) here in the U.K. because it said John Saxon was the main star and Maurizio Merli wasn’t even mentioned on the cover. I put it on and instantly loved the music, then I noticed it was directed by Umberto Lenzi, so sat back and watched it. I was amazed and had been a fan of the genre ever since.
