Al disco 4k della arrow video manca l’italiano, forse non l’hanno potuto mettere per questione di diritti.
In ogni caso anche se non ha l’italiano credo sia una super edizione.
Magari la arrow video mettese le mani anche ai diritti della trilogia del tempo sarebbe forse la volta buona che vediamo la versione lunga di C’era una volta il West in qualità HD superiore al vecchio e ormai datato dvd.
Non capisco perché gli aventi diritto a volte non diano l’autorizzazione a inserire la traccia italiana nei dischi per il mercato estero.
In ogni caso me lo guarderò comunque in lingua originale, ma sentire una buona traccia audio DTS HD master audio italiana sarebbe stato secondo me una cosa comunque buona.

Sarebbe bello realizzare un montaggio 4K amatoriale con tutte le scene in più insieme.

Non ce l’ho, ma è regione A. A differenza dell’edizione br MGM yankee, che ha pure l’audio italiano.

Per la famosissima scena finale dell’insulto detto da Tuco sono stati girati due take alternativi, uno recitato con il labiale della battuta in inglese e l’altro con il labiale italiano. Le movenze di Eli Wallach sono praticamente identiche tra i due take, la sottilissima differenza tra questi due si nota, appunto, leggendo il labiale.

Quest’ultima edizione insieme a quella della Kino in blu ray del 2017 potrebbe essere filologicamente errata, a meno che non reintegri il take italiano, utilizzando magari la funzione del seamless branching, dopo aver selezionato la traccia italiana.
Entrambe le versioni sono presenti nel nuovo bluray inglese, quella italiana tra gli extra.
A proposito: qual è la fonte migliore per l’audio originale mono italiano?
Secondo me per l’audio italiano si dovrebbero tenere in considerazione l’edizione MGM del 2009, quella Kino del 2017 e quella italiana 4Kult, anche se quest’ultima non ha la scena di Tuco nella grotta. Di queste tre non so quale abbia l’audio di qualità migliore.
