This is a Japanese poster for the film “L’altra faccia del peccato (1969)” directed by Marcello Avallone.
It was released as a sequel to Lee Frost’s “Mondo Bizarro” in Japan.
The original Italian title is credited as "Il sesso questo sconosciuto” on the poster. The names of Sergio Martino and Luciano Martino are also credited, perhaps somehow this may help find a version of the film?
