Fracassonata imperdibile con protagonista assoluto Bob Odenkirk, il mite avvocaticchio di Better Call Saul che qui spacca i culi seriamente.
Del cast anche un inquartatissimo Michael Ironside (Invecchiatissimo e ingrassatissimo) e un grandissimo e simpaticissimo Christopher Lloyd.
Violenza , esplosioni e sangue a gogo per una serata di piacevole divertimento. Visto da solo come sempre in sala a Londra, poltrona VIP, visione semiprivata causa covid restrictions (3 posti liberi ogni venduto)

Un bel film da maschi, violenza, vendetta, umorismo nero e un’azzeccatissima colonna sonora, tutto quello che serve per divertirsi con disinvoltura, guardatelo pure a scatola chiusa.

Giuro che non lo avevo riconosciuto, non avendo letto il titolo dei titoli sono anche dovuto andare a vedere chi era, irriconoscibile.
Grande film, divertentissimo, dalle parti di RED ma devo dire che Saul-Bob è più credibile come l’abitudinario col passato che non t’aspetti, poi c’è Christoper Lloyd che è sempre un piacere (spassosissimo), Aleksey Serebryakov tra calma e tempesta, e un sacco di situazione estreme esilaranti. Sangue sì ma il giusto, tanto che pure la consorte ha apprezzato. Titoli di coda da apprezzare fino alla fine; ci sta un seguito? Volendo sì, anche se il rischio di mandare in vaccca quanto visto finora rimane. Incredibili i trivia:
Based on an idea by Bob Odenkirk, who dealt with a home invasion himself by trapping the trespassers in the basement. He was frustrated with how the authorities dealt with the situation and had thought about how he would take the matter into his own hands if he “was a badass.”
Bob Odenkirk himself has had two break-ins occur at his own home, “one of which was extremely traumatic for my family.” He had his own complicated and difficult feelings on the subject and brought those into the conversation regarding the shaping of this story and character. “You always wish you’d done more.”
Bob Odenkirk does almost all of his own stunts, and fight scenes use long cuts to show that it is him doing the moves and not a double.
Bob Odenkirk’s physical training lasted two years in the lead-up to making this film and he recalls sharing his intentions with an actor (whom he likes but won’t name) only to have the man reply “Why are you training? They have guys who do the fighting for you.” He’s understandably proud of his work here adding that “I had so much fun doing the fight sequences.”

Gran bel film, divertente dall’inizio alla fine. Botte, sparatorie ed esplosioni tengono alto il ritmo. La scena del bus secondo me è debitrice di Paura in città anche se poi il tutto, qui, è condito all’americana. Un film che è una vera goduria, per chi ama questo genere rimarrà soddisfatto
